About Alexander Kohl
I am the second part of this team, Alexander Kohl. I also work from home and have my two kids jumping around me. Well, one of them is not jumping yet, she is only 3 months old.
I live on the opposite side of the planet, in Noosa, Australia. While it might be cold for Marshall, it is mainly warm here. Even in winter it is easy to go for a swim in the Ocean. We live close to a national park, which provides my favorite pasttime. Walking around in it and spinning new thoughts and ideas.
This website has been born from the realization that everyone has a unique contribution to make. Rather than battling on alone, I have teamed up with Marshall, so that we can both concentrate on what we are best at.
My history
I used to produce large international events for companies like Adidas, BMW, Citibank. During the World Summit on Sustainable Development in South Africa, I realized that I wanted to contribute something more meaningful to the world, something that inspired people and helped all of us to succeed, as individuals and as a community.
So I followed my long-standing dream of migrating to Australia (from Germany). Here I am working with sustainable business entrepreneurs and add my experience in building teams and systemizing processes.
My family
Being a work at home dad has allowed me to spend a lot of time with my children. Marlalena, who was born in 2005 keeps teaching me how wonderful life is, how exciting, how great it feels to eat porridge with your hands.
And Amelie is just starting to smile. It is like watching two flowers unfold and blossom.
And all would be nothing without my wife, Caroline. While I spend time playing with the kids, she would do all the chores around the house. And when I go back to work, she looks after the kids. She is also a Physiotherapist and runs post natal exercise classes.
Amazing how she juggles all that. Women are just wonderful.
